The Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, on the one hand, and the Republic of Armenia, on the other hand, guided by the provisions of paragraph four of Article 1 of the Treaty on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, taking into account the entry into force on January 2, 2015 The Agreement on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on October 10, 2014, and taking into account the signing on December 23, 2014 of the Agreement on the Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, we agreed on the following:

Article 1

By this Protocol, the Republic of Armenia accedes to the One signed on December 23, 2014. The Agreement on the Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014.

Article 2

This Protocol shall enter into force from the date of receipt by the depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notification on the implementation by the States parties to this Protocol of the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on December 23, 2014..

Done in Moscow on May 8, 2015, in one original copy in the Russian language. The original copy of this Protocol shall be kept in the Eurasian Economic Commission, which, as the depositary of this Protocol, will send a certified copy to each State Party to this Protocol.
