On the reduction of the territory of the Zhusandalinsky State Protected area of republican significance

Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 29, 2026 No. 672

In accordance with subparagraph 6-2) of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Specially Protected Natural Territories", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

     1. Reduce the territory of the Zhusandala State Protected Area of republican significance (hereinafter referred to as the protected area) by 29 hectares.

     2. Akimat of Zhambyl region, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to ensure the return of land plots to the protected area after the completion of work on the extraction of common minerals with the reclamation of disturbed land.

     3. To make the following amendment to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 2017 No. 593 "On approval of the List of specially protected natural territories of national significance":

     in the list of specially protected natural territories of national importance, approved by the said resolution:
