On the reorganization of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan
DECREE of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 1994 N 1656
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the temporary delegation of additional powers to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and heads of local administrations" and in order to better ensure the constitutional powers of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic, delineate the functions of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I DECREE:
1. Reorganize the existing Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan by dividing it into the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Head of the Office of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within two weeks, submit for approval the structure and staff of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To establish that dismissed employees of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan are provided with social guarantees and compensations in accordance with labor legislation.
4. This Decree has the force of Law and is valid until appropriate amendments and additions are made to the current legislation.
5. This Decree comes into force from the moment of signing.
