On the reorganization of the state institution "Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 27, 2002 No. 815.
In order to improve the military education system, I decree: U031173
1. Reorganize the state institution "Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by separating from it the state institution "Almaty Higher Military School of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Military School).
2. The main subject of activity of the Military School is to determine:
training of officers with higher military special education;
retraining and advanced training of officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. <*>
The footnote. Paragraph 2 was amended by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 21, 2003 No. 1173.
3. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to develop and approve the regulations on the Military School within two months.;
2) to establish that the financing and logistical support of the activities of the Military School is carried out at the expense and within the limits of the funds provided for in the republican budget to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) take other measures resulting from this Decree.
4. To make the following amendment to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 11, 1997 No. 3353 "On the transformation of the Almaty Higher Military School named after I.S. Konev into the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997, No. 5, art. 35):
In subparagraph 1) of paragraph 2, the words "and medium military-special" should be deleted.
5. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
