I have filed a statement of claim against defendant B.S.M. for recognition of a vehicle purchase and sale transaction registration No...10 VAZ 21083/VAZ 21083 stamps, produced in 1992, valid. Currently, the contested vehicle has been seized by the private bailiff of the executive district of the Kostanay region, M.R.Zh. According to art. 155 of the Civil Procedure Code – "At the request of the persons participating in the case, the parties to the arbitration proceedings, the court may take measures to secure the claim in any state of the case, if failure to take such measures may make it difficult or impossible to execute the court's decision." I believe that the consequences specified in the Civil Procedure Code may currently occur, since from the text of the resolution of the CHSI Mukhametalin R.J. on the seizure of movable property dated 06/10/2021 It follows that the vehicle has been arrested and based on this, it will be further sold in pursuance of a judicial act to repay the defendant's existing debt (a copy of the resolution is attached to the statement of claim).
