The Zhitikarinsky District Court is conducting a civil case on the claim of A.A.Zh. to O.T.V., O.V.V. for recognition of the transaction. According to Part 2 of Article 63 of the CPC PK, Information about the facts can be obtained from the explanations of the parties and third parties, and the testimony of witnesses. The plaintiff has witnesses who can confirm to the court that the transaction between the parties took place.
