The criminal case No. 7560-23-00-1/20 against K.D.D. under art. 106 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan is in the custody of the District Court No. 2 of the Zhetysu district of Almaty.
According to the court's decision of 01/23/2023, the preventive measure against the defendant was chosen in the form of "house arrest".
According to the decision of the judge of the Specialized Interdistrict Investigative Court of Almaty K.E.K. dated 03.10.2022, the following restrictions were imposed:
- prohibit the receipt and sending of any correspondence, negotiations and correspondence by any means of communication, including the Internet, mobile communications and landline phone. This restriction does not apply to cases where it is necessary to contact a lawyer to defend the case and to receive medical services.
K.D.D. was notified about the established restrictions under the signature.

Thus, D.D. Kurmanbaev violated the restrictions imposed on him by the decision of the judge of the Specialized Interdistrict Investigative Court of Almaty E.K. Karibaev dated 03.10.2022.
Based on the above, guided by Article 147 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I request:
to change the measure of restraint in respect of K.D.D. to detention.
