The Taldykorgan City Court of Zhetisu region is investigating civil case No. 3310-26-00-2/985 on the claim of Ba M.A., Ta A.B. to the Zhetisu Regional Police Department, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for reinstatement.
According to Part 1 of Article 113 of the CPC, at the request of the party in whose favor the decision was made, the court awards, on the other hand, the costs incurred by her to pay for the assistance of a representative (several representatives) who participated in the process and is not in an employment relationship with this party, in the amount of the costs actually incurred by the party. For property claims, the total amount of these expenses should not exceed ten percent of the satisfied portion of the claim. According to non-property requirements, the amount of expenses is collected within reasonable limits, but should not exceed three hundred monthly calculation indices.
Plaintiffs B. M.A. and T. A.B. signed Contract No.0412/25 on legal assistance with the Law and Law Law Firm on December 04, 2025, according to which B. M.A. and T. A.B. paid 750,000 each for the services of the Law and Law Law Firm.
The specified amount of 750,000 tenge is to be recovered from the defendants.
Based on the above, I ask:
- Collect from the State Institution "Zhetisu Regional Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the State Institution "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in solidarity in favor of Ba Ma Abilkasimovich the costs of paying for the assistance of a representative in the amount of 750,000 tenge;
- Collect from the State Institution "Zhetisu Regional Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the State Institution "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in solidarity in favor of Ta Aa Bakbergenuly the costs of paying for the assistance of a representative in the amount of 750,000 tenge.
Appendix: Legal aid Agreement No.0412/25 dated 04.12.2025, receipt for payment of legal aid to Ba M.A., receipt for payment of legal aid to Ta A.B.
