On 05/22/2020, we signed a purchase and sale agreement for a store with land plots at the address: g. Gitikara, microdistrict .., house .., non-residential premises ... Under this agreement, I transferred 3,000 000 (three million tenge) to you, and you gave me the store, the documents for the store and the land plots. However, during the state registration of the purchase and sale transaction, it became known that the transaction could not be registered, as the title documents for the subject of the transaction were not properly executed. According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property", the following rights to immovable property are subject to state registration in the legal cadastre: 1) ownership rights.

However, you are currently evading my legal requirement for state registration of the purchase and sale of a store and land plots. I ask you to register the state ownership of the store and land plots in my name within 10 working days. Or provide a written response to this claim within 10 business days. Failure to provide a response will be considered as a rejection of my offer. In case of refusal of state registration of the purchase and sale of the store and land plots, I will apply to the court to recover all court costs from you (the cost of estimating the value of the store, the state fee, the cost of paying for the assistance of a representative).
