REQUEST FOR A PERSONAL MEETING
Currently, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted by Investigator U.N. Talip of the Investigation Department of the Turan District Police Department of the Police Department of the City of Shymkent against A Sh D under Part 3 of Article 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the complaint filed by KRAna.
The said criminal case has been registered in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations (hereinafter referred to as the “ERDR”) under No. 267914031000483.
Despite the victim's side having repeatedly submitted motions and complaints in connection with the said criminal case, to date, the investigative authority of the Turan District Police Department of the Police Department of the City of Shymkent has failed to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the case.
In particular, a number of motions submitted have not been acted upon, important video recordings have not been fully obtained, witnesses have not been interviewed, and the investigation is being unreasonably protracted.
In view of the above, for the purpose of personally presenting the circumstances of the said criminal case and providing explanations regarding the issues that have arisen,
we kindly request that I, Advocate Galymzhan Turlybekovich Sarzhanov (IIN ...), and the victim, KRAna (IIN ....), be granted a personal meeting with you.
