on the rejection of the appeal
We have filed an appeal against the decision of the Bostandyk District Court of Almaty dated June 03, 2022, in civil case No. 7514-22-00-2/1320 dated 03/11/2022. This civil case was registered in the Almaty City Court No.2a/8046. According to paragraph 1, Article 409 of the CPC RK, a person who filed an appeal, including the prosecutor who filed the appeal as a party to the case, has the right to withdraw it before the court of appeal makes a decision or withdraw it in the court of first instance when the judge performs the actions provided for in Article 405 of this Code..
