Turkestan Regional Court conducts criminal proceedings No. 5199-22-00-1A/372 against A. N. K., Accused of committing a crime provided for by Part 3 of Article 24, Part 1 of Article 99 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Part 4 of Article 429 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan States as follows-"if the appeal instance decides to conduct a judicial investigation, then the petitions of the parties to interrogate witnesses who came on their own initiative are subject to satisfaction". I was near the store "Saken bar" on 24.01.2022, in accordance with the requirements of Article 210-1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). On the basis of the arguments mentioned above and indicated in the appeal, I ask the Judicial Board of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
attach to the materials of the criminal case the act of request of E. M. Altynbekov and the DVD-disc with the approved audio video recording of its conduct;
at the court session to interrogate E. M. Altynbekov.
