STATEMENT OF CLAIM
(about changing the amount of alimony)
In ______ year, I entered into a registered marriage with _________ ( Full name) and we have a son from a joint marriage __________ ( Full name), _____ year of birth. Based on the court decision of _____ (date) I pay alimony for my son's maintenance ___________ Full name, ______, year of birth, in the amount of 1/4 of the salary. Statement of claim for changing the amount of alimony
According to the requirements of Article 139 of the Code on Marriage and Family, I am required to pay alimony in the amount of 1/3 of my salary for the maintenance of 2 children. In fact, I pay alimony for the maintenance of 2 children in the amount of 1/2 of my salary, which I confirm with an accounting certificate from my place of work.
