In your production, there are materials of a criminal case registered in EP DR No. 217514031003083 against J.A.E., on the grounds of a criminal offense provided for in art. 190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On October 19, 2021, Zh.A.E. was detained in accordance with Article 128 of the CPC and is currently being held in an IVS facility in Almaty. At the request of the defendant, I ask you to recognize as a public defender the spouse of J.D.S., born on 04/18/1989, and the mother of J.A.E.,
