The activities of the customs authorities are based on the principles of:

1) legality;

2) ensuring the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of persons moving goods across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as persons engaged in activities in the field of customs;

3) equality of all before the law;

4) publicity.
