1. The lottery operator distributes (sells) lottery tickets independently and/or through the lottery distributor (agent).

2. The lottery operator distributes (sells) electronic lottery tickets independently, through its official Internet resource and/or lottery mobile application.

3. Lottery tickets are distributed (sold) through:

1) lottery terminals;

2) non-stationary retail facilities;

3) post offices of the National Postal Operator;

4) Lottery operator's offices (lottery center).

4. Lottery tickets cannot be distributed, and lottery terminals cannot be installed in:

1) apartment buildings, dormitories;

2) educational organizations and within a radius of one hundred meters from them;

3) healthcare organizations and within a radius of one hundred meters from them;

4) religious buildings (structures);

5) detached buildings and structures where cultural organizations are located.

5. The distribution (sale) of lottery tickets, electronic lottery tickets, and the installation of lottery terminals in a manner and by methods other than those provided for by this Law are prohibited.
