Article 15. Protection of minors in the production, distribution, and placement of advertisements of the Law on Advertising
During the production, distribution, and placement of advertisements in order to protect minors from abuse of their trust and lack of experience, they are not allowed:
1) discrediting the authority of parents, educators, and teachers, undermining the trust of minors in them;
2) a direct offer encouraging parents or others to purchase the advertised product.;
3) a direct indication to minors that the possession of a particular product gives them some advantage over others, and that the absence of such products will lead to the opposite.;
4) advertising of text, visual or audio information showing minors in dangerous places and situations where this is not justified for preventive purposes;
5) visual or audio use of images of minors in advertising, with the exception of social advertising and advertising of goods (works, services) for minors, as well as goods (works, services) that do not entail harmful effects on the physical, mental health and morals of minors;
6) reducing the required level of product use skills among minors, except in cases where the results of product use are shown or described. Advertising should provide information about what is really achievable for minors of the age group for which the products are intended.;
7) creating an unrealistic (distorted) idea among minors about the cost (price) of products for minors, as well as a direct or indirect indication that the advertised products are available for any family budget.

This Law regulates the relations arising in the process of production, distribution, placement and use of advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
