1. The acceptance of the construction object into operation from the contractor (general contractor) is carried out by the customer together with the author's support and technical supervision.

2. After receiving a written notification from the contractor (general contractor) on the readiness of the construction site for commissioning, the customer shall carry out the acceptance of the construction site into operation.

3. From the date of receipt of the notification from the contractor (general contractor) on the readiness of the construction site, the customer requests from the contractor (general contractor) and persons carrying out technical supervision and maintenance, a fire inspection, a declaration of conformity, conclusions on the quality of construction and installation work, compliance of the completed works with the construction project and compliance of the facility with fire safety requirements..

The contractor (general contractor) and the persons carrying out technical supervision and author's support, within three working days from the date of receipt of the request from the customer, submit a declaration of conformity, conclusions on the quality of construction and installation works and compliance of the completed works with the construction project, or negative conclusions.

The territorial body of the authorized body in the field of civil protection, within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from the date of receipt of the application from the customer, carries out a fire and technical inspection and, if the facility meets the mass presence of people and buildings with a height of more than twenty-eight meters, issues an appropriate conclusion before their commissioning.

The conclusion on the compliance of the completed works with the construction project is the basis for providing providers of engineering and utility services with access to their services in accordance with previously issued specifications for the design of a construction facility, if this does not contradict the norms and requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The customer, on the basis of a declaration of conformity, conclusions on the quality of construction and installation work, on the compliance of the completed works with the construction project and the compliance of the facility with fire safety requirements, together with the contractor (general contractor), persons carrying out technical supervision and author support, is obliged to check the executive technical documentation for availability and completeness, inspect and put the construction object into operation according to the act of acceptance of the construction object into operation (conduct a final inspection of the construction object for readiness for commissioning).

5. In case of violations of approved design decisions and standards of state (interstate) regulatory documents, as well as in the presence of negative conclusions (issued based on the results of author's support and (or) technical supervision), the customer accepts the construction site into operation after the contractor (general contractor) has eliminated the violations.

When the identified violations are eliminated, the acceptance of the construction object into operation is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by this article.

6. Submission to the customer of design estimates, declarations of conformity, conclusions on the quality of construction and installation work, compliance of completed works with the construction project and compliance of the facility with fire safety requirements does not relieve the contractors for design and construction and installation work, persons carrying out technical supervision and author's support, fire technical inspection, responsibility for the completed works during the design, construction, acceptance and commissioning of a construction site.
