Article 14. International Arbitration Center of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Astana International Financial Center

     1. The International Arbitration Center considers disputes if there is an arbitration agreement between the parties.

     2. The International Arbitration Center is formed and operates in accordance with the resolution of the Council "On the International Arbitration Center".

     3. The recognition and enforcement of decisions of the International Arbitration Center in the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be carried out in the same manner and under the same conditions as the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards rendered by arbitral tribunals in the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the same time, the translation of the decisions of the International Arbitration Center into Kazakh or Russian must be ensured in accordance with the procedure established by the acts of the Center.

     4. The recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards on the territory of the Center are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
