Article 35. Terms of preparation of the case for arbitration, consideration and resolution of disputes The Law on Arbitration
1. The preparation of cases for arbitration must be carried out no later than fifteen calendar days from the date of acceptance of the application, unless another deadline is established by the rules or agreement of the parties. In exceptional cases, in cases of special complexity, this period may be extended up to one month upon a reasoned arbitration ruling.
2. Disputes are considered and resolved by arbitration within two months from the date of completion of the preparation of the case for arbitration, unless another time limit is established by the rules or agreement of the parties.
3. The established time limits may be extended by arbitration based on the complexity of the dispute under consideration.
4. If an arbitrator unreasonably delays the arbitration proceedings, the parties have the right to request his dismissal and the appointment of a new arbitrator.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the course of arbitration activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the procedure and conditions for the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Kazakhstan.
