On accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the convention on the recognition and implementation of foreign arbitration decisions of 1958

Decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 4, 1995 No. 2485

  I DECIDE:      

1.to accede the Republic of Kazakhstan to the convention on the recognition and implementation of foreign arbitration decisions adopted on June 10, 1958 in New York.     

2.this decree comes into force from the date of its publication.
