Article 141. The Commission for Attestation of Persons applying to engage in the activities of a private bailiff of the Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs

Article 141. The Commission for Attestation of Persons applying to engage in the activities of a private bailiff of the Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs

     1. Persons who have completed an internship are certified by the commissions for the certification of persons applying for the right to engage in the activities of a private bailiff established in the territorial bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital.

     The rules of procedure of the commission for attestation of persons applying for the right to engage in the activities of a private bailiff are approved by order of the head of the territorial body of the authorized body.

     2. The main tasks of the commission for attestation of persons applying for the right to engage in the activities of a private bailiff are:

     1) ensuring a high-quality selection of applicants for a license for the right to engage in the activities of a private bailiff;

     2) ensuring the openness and transparency of meetings.

     3. Representatives of the mass media may be present at the meeting of the commission for attestation of persons applying for the right to engage in the activities of a private bailiff.

     4. In order to ensure the openness and publicity of the meeting of the commission for the attestation of persons applying for the right to engage in the activities of a private bailiff, audio and (or) video recordings or shorthand recordings are carried out. The transcript, audio and (or) video recordings obtained during the meeting are attached to the minutes of the meeting and stored together with the materials of the commission for attestation of persons applying for the right to engage in the activities of a private bailiff.
