1. Construction-in-progress facilities, the construction of which was carried out in whole or in part at the expense of budgetary funds, are subject to inclusion in the state register of construction-in-progress facilities.

Construction facilities are included in the state register of construction-in-progress by decision of:

1) the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction, if their construction or reconstruction was carried out in whole or in part at the expense of the republican budget;

2) a local executive body, if their construction or reconstruction was carried out in whole or in part at the expense of the local budget.

2. The procedure for the formation and maintenance of the state register of unfinished construction sites, the composition of the information included in it, and the procedure for submitting such information shall be determined by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction.
