Article 17. Support for Kazakhstani commodity producers, manufacturers, works, services of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Government agencies and other organizations are implementing measures to create favorable conditions for stimulating the development of the production of goods, works and services of Kazakhstani origin.
2. When developing and examining draft regulatory legal acts, concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and participating in decision-making by international organizations in order to increase the competitiveness of goods, works and services of Kazakhstani origin, the national interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan are taken into account.
