Article 19. Termination of registration of a pledge on the basis of a court decision of the Law on Registration of a Pledge of Movable Property

     An interested person, based on a court decision invalidating the pledge or registering it, has the right to file an application with the registration authority or a State Corporation to cancel the registration of the pledge.

 

 

This Law establishes the rules for registering the pledge of movable property in order to realize and protect the rights of individuals and legal entities who have legitimate rights to this property.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 1998 No. 254.
