Article 151. Making a court decision Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. A judicial act by which a court resolves a dispute on its merits is issued in the form of a decision. The decision can be made in a short form.

     2. The decision is made after the hearing of the administrative case and is made no later than ten working days from the date of the end of the oral proceedings. In exceptional cases, taking into account the complexity of the administrative case, the court decision is made no later than one month after the end of the oral proceedings.

     3. The date of the decision is:

     for oral proceedings, the day of the announcement of the decision on the administrative case;

     for written proceedings, the date specified in the court decision.
