Article 192-2. Preparation of the indictment protocol and transfer of the criminal case to the prosecutor for referral to the court of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     4) factual data, supporting evidence and guilt of the lawyer;

     3) a decision has been issued to terminate the criminal case;

     4) a decision has been issued to terminate the criminal prosecution in full or in part;

     5) draws up a new protocol for the prosecution;

     6) On Your Consideration or during the period of protection issues on the conclusion of procedural agreements.

     7.the prosecutor provides for the introduction of a protocol on compliance with the law. The agreement on the receipt of the obtainable protocol, the corresponding agreement on the right of the obtainable one, is concluded in the case.
