Article 209. Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on concessions and the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

      Amendments to the terms of the tender for the selection of the concessionaire, as well as to the initial parameters and characteristics of the concession application, during negotiations with the bidder, whose concession application was recognized as the best, to clarify the concession project and the terms of the concession agreement. –  

     entails a fine for officials in the amount of one hundred monthly calculation indices.

     Note. Officials in this article should be understood as the first managers of the organizer of the concession tender or the persons performing their duties responsible for the implementation of the procedures for organizing and conducting the tender.
