Article 468. Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on national registers of identification numbers of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Disclosure of information contained in national registers of identification numbers that are not subject to disclosure, as well as non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on national registers of identification numbers, committed by:
institutions no later than two working days from the date of their requests;
by the registering authority in the form of:
1) by an authorized body in the form of:
1) non-formatting of the identification number within one business day from the moment of the registration authorities' request;
2) failure to provide information to the registering state bodies and other state bodies and late submission of information to the authorized body for the formation of an identification number within one business day from the date of receipt of such information;
2) failure to provide information to the authorized body for updating and maintaining up-to-date data of digital systems of national registers of identification numbers within one business day from the date of receipt of such information;
3) failure to provide information to the authorized body for the exclusion or conditional exclusion of identification numbers from the national registers of identification numbers within one business day from the date of receipt of such information;
government agencies and other government agencies in the form of:
1) failure to provide the information established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the authorized body for updating and maintaining the current state of the digital systems of the national registers of identification numbers within one business day from the date of receipt of such information;
2) failure to provide information to the authorized body for the exclusion or conditional exclusion of identification numbers from the national registers of identification numbers within one business day from the date of receipt of such information;
3) failure to account for the identification number when issuing registration, authorization and other documents in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
banks, branches of non–resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan and organizations engaged in certain types of banking operations, in the form of:
failure to account for the identification number, as well as failure to check the correctness of the indication in accordance with the algorithm for generating a business identification number and (or) a control digit in an individual identification number in accordance with the algorithm for calculating it established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, –
they impose a fine on officials in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indices.
2. The acts provided for in the first part of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –
they impose a fine on officials in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices.
