1. Candidates applying for certificates of qualification "appraiser", "expert", take a qualification exam.

2. Individuals with higher education in the specialty "Assessment" and (or) higher technical or economic education who have completed training or retraining in accordance with the program and in the amount of hours approved by the Chamber of Appraisers, as well as an internship with an appraiser for at least one year, are allowed to take the qualification exam for obtaining the certificate of qualification "appraiser". of the year.

The training program, professional retraining of candidates for appraisers and the amount of hours should correspond to the standard program approved by the authorized body in the field of evaluation activities.

3. Evaluators are allowed to take the qualification exam for obtaining the certificate of qualification "expert".

4. Persons are not allowed to take the qualification examination in case of non-compliance with the requirements established by this Law.

The decision to refuse admission to the qualification exam is sent by the Chamber of Appraisers to the person no later than fifteen working days from the date of receipt of the application.

5. Test assignments for the qualification examination of appraisers and experts are developed by the Chamber of Appraisers in coordination with the authorized body in the field of evaluation activities.

The qualification examination is conducted in writing.

6. Persons who have passed the qualification exam receive certificates of qualification "appraiser", "expert", indicating the certificate number, surname, first name and patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document).

Decisions on awarding the qualifications "appraiser" and "expert" are posted on the Internet resource of the Chamber of Appraisers.

7. Persons who have not passed the qualification examination are allowed to take it again after three months from the date of the decision by the qualification commission.

8. The forms and procedures for maintaining registers of members of the Chamber of Appraisers, members of the expert council and unscrupulous appraisers are approved by the authorized body in the field of valuation activities.

The rules for issuing certificates of qualifications "appraiser" and "expert" are approved by the Chamber of Appraisers.

9. The rules for conducting a qualification examination to confirm the qualifications of candidates for appraisers and experts are approved by the authorized body in the field of evaluation activities.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of valuation activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also defines the legal basis for regulating valuation activities.
