Article 232. Manufacture or sale of counterfeit payment cards and other payment and settlement documents  The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1 Production for the purpose of sale or sale of counterfeit payment cards, as well as other payment and settlement documents that are not securities, –

     is punishable by imprisonment for a term of up to three years with confiscation of property.

2 The same acts committed repeatedly or by a criminal group, –

     are punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to six years with confiscation of property.
