1. The following types of health care activities are carried out upon notification:

1) hygienic education of the decreed population groups;

2) the activity (operation) of an object of minor epidemic significance;

3) conducting a sanitary and epidemiological audit;

4) wholesale of medical products;

5) retail sale of medical products;

6) conducting non-interventional clinical trials.

2. Notification of the commencement or termination of the activities specified in this article shall be submitted in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".
