State forest owners have the right to:

1) use the plots of the state forest fund in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to carry out forest management on the plots of the state forest fund in accordance with the procedure established by this Code;

2-1) in case of emergency situations of a natural nature, as a result of which liquid clutter has formed (wind and windbreak trees), involve individuals and legal entities for its cleaning on a contractual basis;

3) to erect buildings and structures on the sites of the state forest fund, necessary for forestry and forest management, in accordance with the design and technical documentation in coordination with the territorial divisions;

4) for the sale of products grown and (or) harvested by them and the use of the income received;

4-1) to conduct fisheries and fish farming in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) to issue to individuals and legal entities logging and forest tickets for forest management on the sites of the state forest fund;

6) to conclude contracts for short-term forest management in the areas of the state forest fund.
