Article 27. Transactions with government securities issued by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Law on the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The National Bank of Kazakhstan has the right to carry out operations with government securities issued by decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The National Bank of Kazakhstan is not entitled to acquire ownership of government securities of the central authorized body for budget execution when they are placed on the primary market.

The Central Authorized Body for Budget Execution coordinates with the National Bank of Kazakhstan the conditions for the admission of financial organizations to the initial public offering of government securities issued by decision of the Government.
