Article 50. Transactions with securities and promissory notes of the Insurance Law

     1. Transactions made with shares of an insurance (reinsurance) organization are registered in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the specifics provided for by this Law.

     2. An insurance (reinsurance) organization is not entitled to issue a golden share.
