Article 31. Amendment and termination of the contract for the carriage of goods by road of the Law on Road Transport

Home / Laws / Article 31. Amendment and termination of the contract for the carriage of goods by road of the Law on Road Transport

In case of modification or termination of the contract for the carriage of goods by road, the parties have the right to demand reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with the fulfillment of the terms of the contract prior to its modification or termination, unless the contract provides otherwise.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
