1. Trusted digital objects are digital objects, with the exception of digital records and digital assets, that meet the criteria of security, reliability, localization and technical support established by the authorized body, as well as other requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Trusted digital objects are included in the register of trusted digital objects by the authorized body if the digital object meets the established requirements for trusted digital objects. The formation and maintenance of the register of trusted digital objects, as well as the determination of the types of digital objects included in the register, are carried out by the authorized body in accordance with the rules for the formation and maintenance of the register.

3. State bodies, state legal entities and quasi-public sector entities purchase digital objects included in the register of trusted digital objects in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement and on procurement of certain quasi-public sector entities.

4. The inclusion of a digital object in the register of trusted digital objects does not entail the state's exclusive rights to such a digital object and does not limit the rights of its owner.

5. In the event that a digital object loses compliance with the established requirements for trusted digital objects, the authorized body decides to exclude the digital object from the register of trusted digital objects and notifies interested government agencies, owners and (or) owners and users of the digital object in accordance with the rules for the formation and maintenance of the register.
