Article 40. Foreclosure on debts of individual entrepreneurs on their property of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Individual entrepreneurs are liable for their obligations with all their property, with the exception of property that cannot be levied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. When carrying out personal entrepreneurship, an individual is responsible for all his property, including shares in the common property of the spouses, with the exception of property on which foreclosure cannot be levied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
