Article 431. Accounting of goods under customs control and customs operations performed with them of the Code on Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The customs authorities shall keep records of the goods under customs control and the customs operations performed with them.  

     Accounting of goods under customs control and customs operations performed with them is allowed using information systems and information communication technologies in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.

     2. The procedure and forms of accounting for goods under customs control and customs operations performed with them shall be approved by the authorized body.
