Article 446. Violation of the statutory rules of the guard (watch) service of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1 Violation of the statutory rules of the guard (watch) service by a person who is part of the guard (watch), if this act has caused damage to objects protected by the guard (watch) or the occurrence of other harmful consequences, –

     is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or restriction of liberty for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term.

2 The same act that entailed grave consequences or was committed by a group of persons or a group of persons by prior agreement, –

     is punishable by imprisonment for a term of two to seven years.
