The powers of the National Bank of Kazakhstan in organizing and regulating payments and (or) money transfers, payment systems and the payment services market, state control and supervision of the payment services market and supervision (oversight) of payment systems are determined in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Payments and Payment Systems" and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
