Paragraph 1 is effective from 01.01.2024 in the wording provided for in Article 263 of this Code.

1. No later than ten working days from the date of receipt of documents that comply with the requirements established by the regulatory legal act of the authorized body for regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations, the unified accumulative pension fund and the voluntary accumulative pension fund are required to transfer the recipient's pension savings to an insurance organization.

2. In case of delay in fulfilling the obligations specified in paragraph 1 of this Article, the unified accumulative pension fund and the voluntary accumulative pension fund shall be liable to the recipient in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
