Article 5. Information on the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) the Republic of Kazakhstan Code on Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Information about the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union is provided by the Commission and the customs authorities of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union by posting them, respectively, on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Internet resources of customs authorities, as well as by bringing information about it to the public through television and radio, the use of information and communication technologies, and by other publicly available means of information dissemination.

2. Information on the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out by the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan by publishing regulatory legal acts of the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the mass media, as well as using information and communication technologies.

Information about the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is also provided using oral explanations and announcements, information stands, placards, booklets and other printed materials, as well as video, audio and other technical means used to disseminate information about the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including for public and free access in the following places:

1) at checkpoints across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union;

2) at airports, railway and automobile stations, seaports and river ports;

3) on vehicles carrying out international transportation;

4) in the customs control zones defined by this Code, as well as in other places determined by the customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide unhindered access to information on the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan posted on their Internet resources.
