Article 5. Legality Of the Law On Artificial Intelligence
Subjects of relations in the field of artificial intelligence, state bodies, officials of state bodies in the implementation of state regulation in the field of artificial intelligence are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
