Article 6. Legality in carrying out forensic expert activity The Law on Forensic Expert Activity

      Forensic expert activity is carried out subject to the exact fulfillment of the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
