Article 4. Legality of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan The Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Business entities in carrying out entrepreneurial activities, state bodies, officials of state bodies in carrying out state regulation of entrepreneurship are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Code and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Acts and decisions of state bodies that contradict the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan are recognized as illegal and invalid from the moment of their adoption and are subject to cancellation.

     Acts and decisions of state bodies that do not comply with the normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of content, design and (or) procedures for their adoption are recognized as illegal and invalid and are subject to cancellation in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except in cases where the right to trust is protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
