Article 59. Members of the National Chamber of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Business entities are members of the National Chamber, unless otherwise established by this Code and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. Members of the National Chamber may:
1) to enjoy professional support and protection from the National Chamber, as well as the services provided by its charter;
2) to elect and be elected to its governing bodies;
3) apply to the National Chamber with written requests and receive reasoned responses within the limits of the powers granted to the National Chamber, and make proposals to improve the organization of its activities;
4) participate in the management of the National Chamber in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the charter of the National Chamber;
5) undergo training, retraining and advanced training organized by the National Chamber;
6) receive qualified information and analytical support, including the services of independent experts of various profiles;
7) to hear reports on the activities of the National Chamber in the manner prescribed by its charter;
8) enjoy other rights provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Members of the National Chamber are required to pay mandatory membership fees.
4. The members of the National Chamber are equal in their rights.
5. The National Chamber has no right to interfere in the activities of business entities, violate their rights and legitimate interests.
6. Disputes are settled in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
