1. State digital support systems for architectural, urban planning and construction activities are created to provide information support for the activities of subjects of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, to ensure the digitalization of processes, as well as the effectiveness of the formation and exchange of information in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities.

2. State digital support systems for architectural, urban planning and construction activities are subject to integration and operation on the principle of "one window" on the site of the portal of the state expert organization in accordance with Article 114 of this Code.

3. The procedure for conducting state digital support systems for architectural, urban planning and construction activities based on the "one-stop shop" principle, including their mandatory use, their main functions and data exchange between them, is determined by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction.

At the same time, the authorized body is obliged to provide free access to interested persons to the functionality of the state digital support systems for architectural, urban planning and construction activities determined by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction in coordination with the authorized body in the field of digitalization.

4. State digital support systems for architectural, urban planning and construction activities provide data exchange within the framework of integration with other state digital systems, digital objects of the "digital government", as well as digital systems of quasi-public sector entities for the implementation of public functions or the provision of public services.

State digital support systems for architectural, urban planning and construction activities should be integrated (if necessary) with other state and non-state digital systems in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. The integration of the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre with digital objects and the provision of interaction between them are carried out on the basis of the standard data transmission protocols used in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
