Article 635. Conducting a preliminary hearing of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In cases specified in the first part of Article 631 of this Code, a preliminary hearing is mandatory regardless of the presence or absence of a motion from the suspect or the accused to consider the case with the participation of jurors.
