Commentary to article 635. Conducting a preliminary hearing The Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In the cases specified in the first part of Article 631 of this Code, a preliminary hearing is mandatory regardless of the presence or absence of a motion from the suspect or the accused to consider the case with the participation of jurors.
